As Director of Rancon’s Development Division, Frank Igo serves on the Rancon Asset Management Services team as the expert in the area of construction and infrastructure development. Mr. Igo brings a wealth of experience in entitlement, development, homebuilding and the hotel/commercial industry to the team. Mr. Igo is involved in all phases of the development process from land evaluation, due diligence, entitlement, project planning, permitting and construction.
