As Associate Vice President of Rancon’s Investment Opportunities Division, Jim Lytle serves on the Rancon Asset Management Services team where he actively participates in new business development, project evaluation, team assimilation, client interface and project management. His background includes over a decade in the real estate development industry where he was involved in managing entitlements, infrastructure improvements, brokerage and more for Rancon holdings in Southwest Riverside County.
